In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all internal audit activities, including risk assessments, internal controls testing, and compliance monitoring. You will work closely with various departments to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that our financial processes are robust and compliant with applicable regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and enhancing our overall financial governance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal controls testing to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures, utilizing tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Monitor and report on financial transactions and compliance issues to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Provide training and guidance to audit staff on best practices and emerging risks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to the Audit Committee and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
