In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that highlight the benefits of solar energy. You'll create compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand voice and goals. Additionally, you'll manage our social media presence, engage with our community, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote renewable energy solutions.
• Create and manage content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
• Manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our community, and monitoring our online reputation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with our brand goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools and techniques to ensure our campaigns are effective and engaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
