As a Community Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various community events, facilities, and services, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and assist residents with their daily needs, providing exceptional hospitality services.
• Coordinate and manage community events, ensuring smooth execution and high attendance.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of community facilities, including pools, gyms, and event spaces.
• Act as a liaison between residents and various service providers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Promote community engagement and participation through various initiatives and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests using our in-house management system.
• Provide emergency assistance and support to residents when needed.
• Foster a strong sense of community and belonging among residents through regular check-ins and social activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or community management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with community management software and tools, such as Eventbrite, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role may require travel to various locations within the community.
