You will use advanced tools such as Fleet Management Software and GPS Tracking Systems to monitor and control our fleet of vehicles, providing real-time updates and support to our drivers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the logistics and transportation network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Use Fleet Management Software and GPS Tracking Systems to monitor and control the fleet of vehicles, providing real-time updates and support to drivers.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to manage and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
• Optimize routes and schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources and to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities, including delivery times, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to the operation of the fleet.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics and transportation operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven experience with Fleet Management Software and GPS Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of drivers, warehouse staff, and clients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices in logistics and transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
