Our stores are located in some of the most popular tourist destinations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. We are looking for a Buyer/Merchandising Supervisor who can help us maintain our high standards and continue to grow our business.

In this role, you will work closely with our suppliers and vendors to source the best products at competitive prices. You will also be responsible for managing our inventory and ensuring that our stores are well-organized and visually appealing. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our merchandising strategies, which are designed to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, order placement, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor market trends and adjust procurement and merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with company policies.
• Work closely with store managers to ensure that stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve merchandising strategies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or a related field.
• Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer preferences.
