📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage daily cash transactions for all FamilyMart stores in Setiabudi and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve cash discrepancies and irregularities promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of bank deposits and ensure timely submission to the bank.
• Collaborate with store managers and finance teams to optimize cash flow processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Provide training and support to store staff on cash handling procedures.
• Participate in audits and inspections to maintain high standards of financial integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash management, banking, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and banking procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
