📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 2D and 3D architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review technical documents, including plans, specifications, and schedules, to support project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, including site plans, elevation drawings, and detail drawings.
• Conduct regular quality checks and revisions to ensure drawings are error-free and compliant with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in architectural and engineering technology and software.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.
• Support the project team in the preparation of construction documentation and as-built drawings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting and design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Valid professional certification in AutoCAD or a related field (e.g., NCARB, AREPS, etc.) is a plus.
