📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Monday.com to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor workflows accordingly.
• Optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use Monday.com.
• Monitor and analyze workflow performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in workflow automation.
• Document workflows and processes for future reference and scalability.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Monday.com Expert or similar role, with a focus on workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Monday.com or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
