📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, working closely with developers and other team members.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation using tools like Confluence and Miro.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best practices and improvements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting project status and key achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and architectures is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia as a bonus.
