📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage invoicing, collections, and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use SAP and Oracle to process and reconcile billing transactions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Resolve billing disputes and maintain customer records.
• Monitor billing processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle billing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
