📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize our logistics network, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 logistics professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain excellence.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics supervision or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
