📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to build professional connections
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of Bali’s business landscape and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
