As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless logistics processes, and optimizing inventory management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and support the company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
• Work with the IT department to implement and maintain warehouse management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics operations management.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control using software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant operational improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of logistics best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
