On-Site Trainer (F&B) - Mixue

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver comprehensive training programs to our store staff, focusing on product knowledge, preparation techniques, and customer service skills.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure our team members are up-to-date with the latest Mixue standards and best practices.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to help staff improve their performance and achieve our quality targets.
• Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement training plans that align with our business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from staff and managers to make data-driven improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in the F&B sector, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards, during training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff, fostering a positive and supportive training environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of delivering effective training programs and improving staff performance.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including product preparation, quality control, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate a diverse range of staff.
• Familiarity with training software and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or SAFE Food Handler, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
