📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with commercial objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls and processes to safeguard the company's assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving financial processes and strategies.
• Represent PERSOL at industry events and forums, showcasing our financial excellence and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial finance, with a proven track record in strategic financial leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
