Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all export processes, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners.
• Monitor and analyze export performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless export operations.
• Prepare and submit export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in export operations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on export processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations or related roles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
