• Create and manage educational content using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software like Google Classroom.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational development and technology integration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in educational development, curriculum design, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic educational initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of educational software and tools, including LMS and Google Classroom.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
