📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals and retail staff, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct inventory management, including stock control and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and retail standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail healthcare operations, with a proven track record in clinic supervision.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
