📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation.,Oversee the preparation and implementation of the treasury strategy in alignment with the company's financial goals.,Develop and maintain relationships with key financial institutions, including banks and financial service providers.,Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and risks in the foreign exchange and interest rate markets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including the preparation of regular treasury reports.,Lead and mentor junior treasury staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury operations, with the last 5 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of treasury management principles, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk management.,Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with experience using financial software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
