In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial part in ensuring their stay is memorable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently and courteously.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and check-in/check-out procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest billing.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available to guests.,Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including keys, room cards, and other supplies.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
