📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
