In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
