📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to discuss performance and provide feedback.
• Promote and sell Goday Indonesia Food products to potential customers.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to increase brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with sales software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
