📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by identifying potential customers and making sales calls.,Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up on customer orders.,Maintain our sales records and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales team is well-informed.,Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Provide regular sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
