You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.,Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.,Coordinate with HR staff to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully into the company.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
