As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Your primary responsibilities will include managing production schedules, monitoring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily targets.,Monitor and ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following all safety protocols.,Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency and productivity.,Keep accurate records of production data and quality control results.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Familiarity with production scheduling software and quality control processes.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of electrical components and systems.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
