• Developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and programs.
• Conducting performance assessments and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management.
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in performance consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in leading performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in performance management or related fields are a plus.
