📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival.,Assisting customers with menu selection and ordering.,Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Ensuring a smooth flow of customers through the dining area.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints.,Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.,Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
