📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of medical equipment and facilities.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate patient care.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle administrative tasks related to operations, including scheduling and record-keeping.,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
