📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Monitoring and reporting patient conditions to healthcare providers.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs.
  • Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or home care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
