Bidang Vera Health Center is looking for a Lead Training Officer to oversee and develop our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Lead and mentor training teams, providing guidance and support.,Evaluate training needs and design effective training solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Provide feedback and coaching to improve training program outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
