PT Bhakti Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team of accountants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants.,Conduct financial audits and internal controls.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
