📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and maintain the company's sales database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of sales-related projects.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent service quality and performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a customer service environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
