As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Handle cash and electronic payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure restocking is done promptly.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and electronic payment systems.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
