📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the company's HR strategy and initiatives.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English language skills are a plus.
