📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on hospitality or a related industry.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
