Duta Fajar Geprek is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. We are a vibrant and popular restaurant known for our unique take on Indonesian street food, and we are looking for someone who can bring their passion and expertise to our kitchen.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, and driving the overall food quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Developing and implementing new menu items and recipes.

Ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency.

Managing inventory and purchasing.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant, including customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Mentoring and developing junior chefs.

Participating in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.

Strong background in Indonesian cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques.

Excellent leadership and management skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for food.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
