In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive candidate experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
