📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the health center.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the health or wellness industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field.,Experience in using POS systems and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
