📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating processes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement culinary strategies.,Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering service.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
