📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial activities of regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial activities.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Develop and implement financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience in financial compliance and regulatory reporting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
