📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including all equipment, utensils, and dining areas.,Train and develop restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage costs, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all staff are properly trained and certified.,Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the restaurant meets all customer needs and expectations.,Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.,Ability to use computer software and equipment, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
