📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the right candidates are considered.,Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee retention strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using various recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
