In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. If you are a recent graduate or have limited experience in HR, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and develop your HR skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting training programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.,Support the HR team in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
