📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and guest registration.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven customer service skills and a guest-focused mindset.
