Direct Home Lestari is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gorontalo. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient professional to manage our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, either by coordinating with external service providers or performing basic repairs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, mileage, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
