📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support the HR department in managing employee data and records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Support the HR department in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data.
  • Support the HR department in managing leave and attendance.
  • Assist in the HR department in handling payroll and benefits administration.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
